Q. Which methods of payment do you accept?
A. PayPal ( + 5% fees), bank transfer, cash (in Euros, USD or British pounds) or western union. For other method, please mail us before. Please, note that if you use paypal, you should add 5% for fees.

Q. If I am not happy with the item can I get a refund?
A. If you are not happy with your item please return the item to us making sure the invoice. On receipt of the item providing the item is undamaged we will issue a full refund. We will not refund postage cost and fees ( if any). Buyer should sent back the item within 48 hours of being received.

Q. Can I reserve an item and pay for it later?
A. Yes, there is a facility to reserve items from the website. You will need to email and agree when you wish to pay. On receipt of the final payment we will ship out your item.

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
A. Your item will be despatched within 48 hours of the order being received.

Q. When is payment due?
A. We request that payment is received within 10 days of purchase. If payment has not been received within 10 days, the item will be relisted. (Unless you have emailed us for an extension). Payment by cash within 15 days of purchase.

Q. How much postage should I add?
A. Postage rates are displayed in the ordering information section. 1 euro for normal letter or 5 euros by register letter.

Q. Is there a saving on combining shipping?
A.Yes, you have to pay the same for one or 10 tickets.

Q. Do you offer more than one shipping method?
A. We prefer to send our items register international airmail, as this is the quickest way you will get your package. However, due to the fact that international airmail shipping can be pricey, we also offer international surface mail shipping. For other method like UPS, Fedex…please, mail us before.

Q. Do you offer insurance/registration?
A. We can offer insurance registration. This covers the loss of the package (but not damage). Please, mail us for the service.

Q. The ticket(s) I am looking for is (are) not listed?
A. Quite simply, if an item is not listed, we do not have it! The best course of action when tracking those elusive issues is to register your email address with us for our newsletter advising customers of both site updates and special offers.

Q. I have ticket to sell/Change
A. Sorry, we don’t buy or change items.
